Corporate Funding & Group Support

The company may raise and deploy funds for its own account and, where appropriate, provide funding to other Bromwell Group companies under documented intercompany arrangements.

Funding may include privately negotiated corporate loans and other lawful financing arrangements with appropriately identified and vetted counterparties.

All funds are received and deployed solely for legitimate corporate purposes. Bromwell Remit Limited does not hold client money, accept deposits from the public, or receive or transmit funds on behalf of customers or unrelated third parties.

Scope of Activities

Bromwell Remit Limited is not a consumer-facing financial services business and does not provide investment advice or management, payment services, money-transfer services or other financial services to the public.

Its activities are conducted on a principal-to-principal, business-to-business basis and are supported by appropriate corporate agreements, accounting records and transaction documentation.
